Federal State County City Interest Groups After the fire the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce announced a program, "Fire Survivors Gift Registry," to help community members help fire victims. The Registry helped community members who wanted to provide assistance to those who were displaced by the Cerro Grande Fire determine what to purchase. The Cerro Grande fire destroyed over 200 homes in Los Alamos. In response the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce created a web site as a resource for those who desired to rebuild their homes: rebuild.losalamos.com.
